The Sober Guys Return on Tuesday 10th November - Join Us at 7:30 GMT

The momentum continues.

After another fantastic Sober Guys session in October, we're looking forward to bringing the community together once again on Tuesday 10th November at 7:30 GMT.

One thing that's become clear over recent months is that men want a safe, supportive space where they can talk openly about alcohol, sobriety, challenges and victories without judgement. That's exactly what The Sober Guys has become.

October's Session Was Another Success

Our October meeting saw a great mix of familiar faces and newcomers. As always, the conversation was honest, thoughtful and encouraging.

We discussed topics ranging from managing social situations and dealing with cravings to the unexpected benefits that start to appear when alcohol no longer dominates your thinking.

Perhaps the most powerful takeaway was the reminder that nobody has to do this alone.

Whether you're on Day One, Day One Hundred, or simply curious about changing your relationship with alcohol, hearing real stories from men walking a similar path can be incredibly motivating.

Why Men Keep Coming Back

The feedback from recent sessions has been remarkably consistent:

  • Real conversations with real people
  • No pressure and no judgement
  • Practical advice from those who've been there
  • A genuine sense of connection and accountability
  • Proof that an alcohol-free life is not only possible but enjoyable

Many attendees tell us that simply knowing they have a monthly check-in with people who understand their journey helps them stay focused and motivated.

If you've been thinking about joining but haven't taken the plunge yet, this is the perfect opportunity.

You don't need to have quit drinking. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need a willingness to listen, learn and share as much (or as little) as you feel comfortable with.

You're Not Alone

Changing your relationship with alcohol can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, especially when friends, family and society often normalise drinking.

That's why communities matter.

Every month, The Sober Guys brings together men who are proving that life without alcohol can mean greater clarity, confidence, freedom and purpose.

If that sounds like something you'd like to be part of, we'd love to welcome you on Tuesday 10th November.

See you there.
